Shipping policy
Each Khaya piece is packaged with care using recyclable and biodegradable materials, and double-boxed to help ensure safe delivery.
Most pieces are made to order and require a lead time of approximately 8–10 weeks. If an item is listed as in stock, it will typically ship within 1–2 weeks of purchase.
At this time, Khaya ships only within the United States.
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or production schedules. Khaya is not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. For additional information, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
