Refund policy
Each Khaya piece is made by hand with care and intention. Due to the handmade nature of our work, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders, including made-to-order, custom, limited-edition, or sample pieces. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or canceled.
As every object is individually handmade, slight variations in color, texture, form, dimensions, and surface finish are to be expected and are part of the character of the work. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please retain all original packaging and document the condition of the piece immediately upon delivery. Claims for damage must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt and must include clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping materials.
Upon review, Khaya will determine whether the piece is eligible for repair, replacement, store credit, or a refund. Claims submitted after the 48-hour reporting window may not be eligible for resolution.
